Return and Exchange Conditions;

The products that you will buy from rmgbuyukbeden.com are guaranteed for 14 days from the date you receive the product, and for a refund. The change can only be made in size or color. Exchange with another product cannot be requested. In returns, your cargo will not be accepted unless you send your cargo with Yurtiçi Kargo. Returns are made within 4-7 business days of receipt of product returns.

For returns and exchanges, you should send the product with the invoice and a letter stating the reason.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged for used, washed, deformed and contain a condition that prevents them from being offered for resale.
